  • The Gospel means “good news.” It is the message of what God has done for humanity through Jesus Christ.

    1. God created us for relationship

    God is holy, good, and the Creator of all things. We were made to know Him, love Him, and live in fellowship with Him.

    2. Sin separated us from God

    Every person has sinned, we have all gone against God’s will.

    “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23

    Sin brings separation from God and leads to death.

    “For the wages of sin is death…” - Romans 6:23

    3. Jesus Christ paid the price

    Because of His love, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us.
    Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life and died on the cross, taking the punishment for our sins.

    “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8

    4. He rose again

    Jesus did not remain in the grave. He rose from the dead, defeating sin and death, and proving His power to save.

    5. Salvation is a gift

    We are not saved by our own efforts, but by God’s grace.

    “For by grace you have been saved through faith… it is the gift of God, not of works…” — Ephesians 2:8–9

    6. Our response

    The Gospel calls for a response:

    • Repent (turn away from sin)

    • Believe in Jesus Christ

    • Follow Him as Lord

    “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9
